    <title>Halloween challenge</title>

    <content type="html">I pose this challenge to EVERYONE- &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can you maintain, or loose by Halloween?&lt;br /&gt;If you choose to maintain, you must be at your goal weight, or coming off of a binge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The challenge is to loose at LEAST 5 lbs by Halloween, in any way possible. you can fast, cut calories, work out- its up to you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your reward:&lt;br /&gt;Upon completing the challenge successfully, i Adya will personally Create for you a totally unique Badge to display on your live journal, showing everyone how much you lost.     <title>The BMI Project</title>

    <content type="html">Okay, so i am working on a project to collect girls at different BMI's - anything from normal, to overweight, to underweight. I al looking for pics of both tall, medium and short girls. any picture works, as long as it is falls into one of three catagories:&lt;br /&gt; 1) Full body- As in, you can clearly see the build of this person, and how heavy or thin they are.&lt;br /&gt; 2) Face shot- from the boobs or collerbone up, showing the whole head.&lt;br /&gt; 3) Body part- Ribs, sides, waist, legs, etc. Just one or two specific body parts.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; I will take all of these pictures, and order them on a seperate Freewebs site, and you can click on the specific BMI #, and then see one tall girl (5'6''+), one medium girl(5'5"-5'3''), and one small girl(5'2'' and below) with that that bmi. there will also be Head shots for that bmi, as well as body part pictures as well.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; The object of this project is to figure out what BMI would you be most happy with, by being able to compare yourself to girls of similar heigh, and figure out which BMI # appeals to you most.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Heres where YOU come in. I need pictures of ANY woman, of ANY age, at ANY height and weight, as long as you send them to me with the fallowing information:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; Age:&lt;br /&gt; Height:&lt;br /&gt; Weight:&lt;br /&gt; BMI:&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; The more pictures we have, the better.     <content type="html">today:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfest: 120 cal cereal.&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: 350 cal peanut noodles, 60 cal apple, 20 cal choclate.&lt;br /&gt;dinner: 50 cal soup, 100 cal fat free yogurt, 270 cal salad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total: 970 calories.&lt;br /&gt;exersise: 4 hrs of work @130 cal an hour....520 cal burnt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;970-520=450 calories for the day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HOT DAMN! and i burn 60 cal an hour for beign on the computer....adn ill be on for at least 3 hours tonight...&lt;br /&gt;an additional 180 cal burnt, if i stay up till 2 am, and i will prolly be up later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so......450-180=270 calories. STFU!! if i stay up till....&lt;br /&gt;3am=210 cal&lt;br /&gt;4am=150 cal&lt;br /&gt;5am=90 calories. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i am TOTALLY staying up till at least 3 am. HECK YES!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow:&lt;br /&gt;breakfest: 60 cal yogurt.&lt;br /&gt;work from 11 until 4 or 5.&lt;br /&gt;lunch (at kfc)- salad, with no more then 50 cal dressing (so abour 75 calories).&lt;br /&gt;Dinner- salad with cranberries, walnuts, bleu cheese, and 10 spriz of asian silk dressing. total of 100 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total for the day: 235.&lt;br /&gt;burnt in exersise (work): 300.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total:-65 calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Extra food, if need be is ONE peach, at 35 cal</content>

    <content type="html">after gaining weight and eating next to nothing, i am goign to try to eat more,and work out more in an attempt to loose. the past two days i have had aroudn 1,000 calories, but have worked off 1,500. so far, ive lost a bit of weight, but i ahvent been able to use my scale as people are always around. goddamnit. at least i can tell my clothes are fitting looser, and my coller pones are startign to peek out a bit more as well.</content>

XD;&lt;br /&gt;Still have some more time to kill, so i think ill do a bit of pilates as well to add onto the losing fest. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am very odd about how i eat. Like, i dont ind if i do end up eating almost 900 calories, as long as i am burning off at LEAST 800 of them. As long as i push myself to get it all out of my system, i think ive done okay. Since i normally mess up somewhere, either in how much i ate, or how much i exersised, i assume it can be either that, +100 cal, or -100 cal. Depends on how i feel. if i feel sorta down, its +100 cal. if im uppity and ready to go, its -100 cal. Its stupid, i know, but im horrid at exact measurements. ^-^; So, the fast is from 12 AM tonight, until 12 AM tomorrow night. which means i will have a SMALL apple before i go to bed tomorrow night, so ic an actually fall the hell asleep. tomorrow i also have work at kentucky fried chicken, but i may call in sick instead,and go to the mall with rob and get my boyfriend some presents before he goes away to collage. &amp;lt;/3&amp;gt;&amp;lt;;</content>

    <content type="html">Breakfest: yogurt- 60 cal&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: small salad- 20 cal&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: none&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Night time snack: GREEN TEA! - 0 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exersize: 4 hrs at work running about. 300 cal.&lt;br /&gt;DDR for a half hour 75 cal&lt;br /&gt;Pilates fopr a half hour: 50 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total burnt: 425&lt;br /&gt;Total consumed:80 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Net loss: 345.&lt;br /&gt;W00T! Im defiantely going to get back on track about my diet- ive slipped lately, but i guess that it helped kick my metabolism into high gear, at least....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EDIT: well, i has a bad of popcorn for a snack, 100 cal, and a small salad for dinner, about 10 cal. so my total for the day is: 190. Still a very nice low number, thank god.</content>

    <content type="html">breakfest: A frozen peach- 35 cal&lt;br /&gt;Snack: cake- 150 cal&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: burger w/no patty, a few fries- 250 cal&lt;br /&gt;snack: 1 large canoli, a bit of cake -250 cal&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: tiiiny bit of soup- 15 cal&lt;br /&gt;mis i may have forgotten- 100 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total: 800. FUCKING DAMNIT.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At least i worked for 4 hours, and walked around for another half hour witht the boyfriend. we also carried on alot, so im goign to say about 450 cal burnt.&lt;br /&gt;800-450=340&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Could be worse. could be better. Im defiantely doing pilates and some ddr tonight, so i should be down to about 150. gahh....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;lt;3 to you all!</content>

Now to think i if i hadn't fucked up witht eh b-day cake....510. DAMNIT! &amp;gt;.&amp;lt;; At least i walked around the mall for like 4 hours, so i know i worked about that much off...-sigh- Definately need to do some pilates tonight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;710-300=410. Not that bad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today i went shopping and got two pairs of jeans (size 3. i fit into the size 1, but i dont like how low cut they ended up being).     <content type="html">Lunch ended up being about 100 cal of cantalope- but i diddnt feel TOO bad, as i went walking for about 45 minutes in the middle of the day. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner, however....&lt;br /&gt;-50 cal bread piece&lt;br /&gt;-200 cal bloomin onion&lt;br /&gt;-200 cal hot wings&lt;br /&gt;-80 cal soup&lt;br /&gt;-190 cal lobster tail&lt;br /&gt;-150 cal Salad&lt;br /&gt;-100 cal cake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total:970. AAHHH FUCKING KILL ME!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just went speed walking for an hour to work off some of the shit..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;970-100= 870+100 (est. food for the rest of the day)=970.&lt;br /&gt;fuckers. &amp;gt;&amp;lt;; heres to DDRing all night long now....</content>

    <content type="html">I hate birthdays. i really do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfest: 1/2 of a yogurt- 30 cal&lt;br /&gt;medium sized piece of cake w/frosting and crap- 150 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total: 180 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch i can get away with a small little salad- 25 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but dinner........were going to the outback. AHHH!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am going to try to be like 'i have a stomache ache' and have my ma take the bloomin onion home (where i can throw it out). Then for dinner i will have some sort of salad with a balsamic dressing. christ....if my mom makes me, ill have them add in shrimp. Thats not tooo bad. probably about 200 cal grand total. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To go get dressed, and go get active now! ahoy!</content>

    <content type="html">i gained weight after 2 days of basically binging.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lets see what the damage was today:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150 cal cantalope&lt;br /&gt;150 cal pineapple&lt;br /&gt;200 cal popcorn&lt;br /&gt;150 cal soup&lt;br /&gt;550 cal cake&lt;br /&gt;100 cal unbaked cake&lt;br /&gt;100 cal ice cream&lt;br /&gt;250 misc&lt;br /&gt;-----------------------&lt;br /&gt;1650 calories&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Exersise for today:&lt;br /&gt;4 hours of work- 300 cal&lt;br /&gt;1 hour of walking/swinging-50 cal&lt;br /&gt;jump rope/ddr/pilates- 50 cal&lt;br /&gt;----------------------------&lt;br /&gt;400 cal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total:&lt;br /&gt;1250 cal for the day. &lt;br /&gt;AAHHHH. i haven't had that many in AGES. seriously, fucking kill me....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All i can do is PRAY that it kicked my fucking metabolism into overdrive. seriously. i need to loose more weight ASAP. no more fucking binges on evil cake for me- from here on out, its 500 cal a day or LESS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrows plan:&lt;br /&gt;breakfest: one egg white (15 cal)&lt;br /&gt;Lunch: SMALL salad (50 cal)&lt;br /&gt;Dinner: large salad (100 cal)&lt;br /&gt;and desert (its my ma/grandmas b-day): no more then 100 cal.&lt;br /&gt;Total: 265&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;possible exersise:&lt;br /&gt;pilates&lt;br /&gt;DDR&lt;br /&gt;walking&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Final thaughts for the night:&lt;br /&gt;I HATE BEING SHORT AND FAT. &amp;gt;&amp;lt;;</content>

    <content type="html">Okay, here is a lsit of my favorite work outs:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pilates. Just go onto www.youtube.com and search for pilates. you will then find a list of several 10 minute work outs. do ALL of the, at least once a day. if you like one movement in particular, do thatone more then once a day. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DDR. ddr stands for dance dance revolution. it is a video game that has you step on arrows that are on a pad, as they correspond witht he arrows onthe screen. it even has a work out mode, but the 'calorie counter' on it is veryinacurate- if you want a more realistic number, cut whatever the game tells you in HALF. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Running/jogging/speed walking. Change the speed- get an awesome work out! not only does it burn mad crazy calories, it can be a stress reliever too! If youi are angry, go runnign until you feel camer. happy? go skip for a bit! It all burns awesome calories.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stretching. Your every day to touches, sit ups, push ups, and lunges. when used in conjunction with other work outs, they help add devinition and promote tonign instead of bulking. always worth a good stretch before and after all exersize.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jump roping. It is not only good for your heart, but awesome for your arms and legs too! with all that constant motion, you are sure to end up getting soem really nice definition and slendering. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If anyone wants a specific exersize or work out for their body, or a certain part of their body, feel free to request it,and i will do my best to find something that i think is worth a shot.     <content type="html">Today my plan is as follows:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfest:&lt;br /&gt;10 strawberries&lt;br /&gt;dient snapple&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch:&lt;br /&gt;2 egg whites and salsa&lt;br /&gt;5 baby carrots&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dinner:&lt;br /&gt;salad with low cal dressing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today i have to go get my grandma from the air port, and then i am going to see if i can go to the all with some friends. i jsut got payed this week, and after paying my mom back the money i ahd borrowed from her, i still have about $40 or so in cash to go spend. YAAY! :) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The best part about work is the fact that i can drink whatever i like- and we carry TONS of diet snapple, and diet green tea snapple. its awesome. I totally am having like a  billion of them while at work, to make sure i dont eat too much. no cal drinks=LIFE. Remind me to keep this up when i start school. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;School. IIICK. the one good part about my schedule is that i dont have a lunch period, so im goign to ahve to bring my own food. that is AWESOME, because it means i can control just how much i am taking in each day for breakfest and lunch. im figuring fruit for breakfest, and then for lunch a salad, or if its very cold, some soup. :) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My current weight is around 85, i think...my scale is shitty, so im not 100% sure. that, and i have a ton of liquid in my stomache. so im going to say i am around 85. Its not bad..only 10 lbs away from my first goal! -cheers- i started at around 95...so i lost 10 lbs so far! :) ikts good,b ut i am only half way there. once i get to 75, i want to see if i can dip down into the high 60s- like 68, 67. i can only imagine....at least i have the rest of this month to burn off the 10 lbs. I HAVE to be at least 75 so i can shock all the people at school. -sigh- heres hoping....</content>
