The BMI Project

Okay, so i am working on a project to collect girls at different BMI's - anything from normal, to overweight, to underweight. I al looking for pics of both tall, medium and short girls. any picture works, as long as it is falls into one of three catagories:
1) Full body- As in, you can clearly see the build of this person, and how heavy or thin they are.
2) Face shot- from the boobs or collerbone up, showing the whole head.
3) Body part- Ribs, sides, waist, legs, etc. Just one or two specific body parts.
I will take all of these pictures, and order them on a seperate Freewebs site, and you can click on the specific BMI #, and then see one tall girl (5'6''+), one medium girl(5'5"-5'3''), and one small girl(5'2'' and below) with that that bmi. there will also be Head shots for that bmi, as well as body part pictures as well.
The object of this project is to figure out what BMI would you be most happy with, by being able to compare yourself to girls of similar heigh, and figure out which BMI # appeals to you most.

exersise: 4 hrs of work @130 cal an hour....520 cal burnt.
970-520=450 calories for the day.
HOT DAMN! and i burn 60 cal an hour for beign on the computer....adn ill be on for at least 3 hours tonight...
an additional 180 cal burnt, if i stay up till 2 am, and i will prolly be up later.

after gaining weight and eating next to nothing, i am goign to try to eat more,and work out more in an attempt to loose. the past two days i have had aroudn 1,000 calories, but have worked off 1,500. so far, ive lost a bit of weight, but i ahvent been able to use my scale as people are always around. goddamnit. at least i can tell my clothes are fitting looser, and my coller pones are startign to peek out a bit more as well.

I am very odd about how i eat. Like, i dont ind if i do end up eating almost 900 calories, as long as i am burning off at LEAST 800 of them. As long as i push myself to get it all out of my system, i think ive done okay. Since i normally mess up somewhere, either in how much i ate, or how much i exersised, i assume it can be either that, +100 cal, or -100 cal. Depends on how i feel. if i feel sorta down, its +100 cal. if im uppity and ready to go, its -100 cal. Its stupid, i know, but im horrid at exact measurements. ^-^; So, the fast is from 12 AM tonight, until 12 AM tomorrow night. which means i will have a SMALL apple before i go to bed tomorrow night, so ic an actually fall the hell asleep. tomorrow i also have work at kentucky fried chicken, but i may call in sick instead,and go to the mall with rob and get my boyfriend some presents before he goes away to collage. </3><;

Lunch ended up being about 100 cal of cantalope- but i diddnt feel TOO bad, as i went walking for about 45 minutes in the middle of the day.
Dinner, however....
-50 cal bread piece
-200 cal bloomin onion
-200 cal hot wings
-80 cal soup
-190 cal lobster tail
-150 cal Salad
-100 cal cake
Total:970. AAHHH FUCKING KILL ME!
I just went speed walking for an hour to work off some of the shit..
970-100= 870+100 (est. food for the rest of the day)=970.
fuckers. ><; heres to DDRing all night long now....
